When launching a totally new mindset within charter hotel food, Ving decided to tell the story behind their new Street Food Concept. The idea of reducing food waste and at the same time create excited and unexpected dishes for the urban and well-traveled customers led to the concept Street Food By Ving.

The food enthusiast Johan Åkerblom created a menu with inspiration from street food around the world. The dishes were smaller and served on separate plates and the main focus was on plant-based ingredients. 

My role was to plan and give creative direction during the filming of the concept. We traveled to one of Ving's flagship hotels in Mallorca and met up with Johan Åkerblom, Lennart Kevdal - the Sunwing food & beverage manager and all the head chefs from the Mediterranian Sunwing Hotels, to have a week of learning, food trial and foremost filming the concept.
